Well it's it's been nothing short of what I thought coming in unbelievable conference you've got great coaching great players and and that was part of the reason that I did come I mean you want to be part of that you want to coaching the great coaches in late in the great players and on every week and -- scrap viewpoint of the great stadiums against some of the greatest coaches and players and programs in the history college football. And that's it that's awesome challenge I think all it does just -- our upper but he LT. You look kind of what Missouri in Kansas on the last couple years. I think everybody continue to get better and uncles everybody. I think them like bring in our football players to to the team yesterday. I think the goal is is always excellence that the bar so high thing. Those views that are parents of kids understand where we expect children whenever that is it they're going to go worries that -- And to me we talk about our guys excellence with us and I means that. Being raised the bar academically socially in the weight room on the football field that that's important to me. Well again like that we we like the young guys we have an uproar right now we feel like there was going to be great players evidently impressed with their attitude and -- Yourself does this summer. It as well as the rest of the group old. You know at the end of the game that that's the big things haven't but he on the same page in. And we looked at those guys make plays -- he got a nice guys around and indeed battle tested more rely on him a lot. But I do think those young guys have a chance to make -- play sports."
