Which is nothing more than the variables statistically of turnovers and explosions. And how they work with one another how important is the National Football League. " Well my responsibilities run the gamut of whatever happens first thing in the morning tool whenever we leave that night and it has everything to do with. The football team the players the trainers the equipment people. How we schedule our weak our practice is the coaches and then the big -- that a lot of people don't realize is how much is involved with. Speaking for the team and making sure people understand. The directions the vision. That goals that are trying to be Matt."

" When my last year ball more one of the reasons. I was -- going Baltimore is that. When you are the head coach and the play caller. It's hard for people to separate those sometimes you know as a head coach responsible for a lot of things in the -- team wins hopefully. As a play caller you'll be our guest on 1200 calls a year every run should've been a pass -- and run. When you combine the two together that's a lot and eventually cost me is Ozzie Newsome told me when they let me -- Baltimore. We did fire the head coach we just fires a coordinator you just happen to be one in the same. Talk a little bit about. The difficulty in separating those two jobs because of the demands of one over the other one."

" Well. Number one you know. I love calling plays and I have confidence and I think I'm good -- it. And yet when we don't you feel put the ball in the end zone with what is being called. And that's that's where you know that's kind of where the rub -- I get that so. To separate it. What I do is I have a good group around me that helped. Put this game plan together and I'm involved with that but I'm also doing my head coaching duties as well. I -- study a lot of video and I've got the only reason that I can do what I do is I've got a strong defensive coordinator. I've got a strong very strong special teams coach and those guys can -- here. A lot of the you know two thirds relief of the program and then like -- Concentrated on time on the offensive side of the ball. I'm disappointed that you would get fired over that because and I know what it is to call plays and year what's your feeling. It and what I'm doing is trying to call the plays that best suit. The the offense in the skated in. In the abilities that that can be exploited. And then you know trying to be as aggressive as you can be and still be successfully down field. That's what makes it fun that's what all the strategies about that's what we what I live for really."

" Are there two or three things. That -- go look at particular -- often saw the ball going forwards are okay. In a nutshell here are two or three things that we have to accomplish over the next couple weeks ago about."

" Yeah -- are red zone are red zone. Executions got to improve we've got to be able to score when we get down. In scoring area not just field goals but put the ball across. We have to protect the QB. Like we do at times I mean we're really pretty good in our past pro. And then we have a breakdown and we just it's the breakdowns that are killing us in critical situations. But other than that in those the two main areas I think -- let me just there I think we need to. Get our our young receivers. Even more involved in or out -- up to speed. In what we're doing as well what we're trying to accomplish. Other than that. You know on property please I think our quarterback play will improve. Based on our pass pro based on on our run game play action things like that."
