" I think you know it's funny two games always jumped to mind. The opening game time of the 91 season it was the -- the direct and went on and won their Super Bowl. It was a Monday night we had Hank Williams junior -- Texas Stadium. The final score 3130 we lost the game. But it was again in the gave us a tremendous amount confidence. That we can compete at the level that we are trying to do. We come off of a preconceived in the year before we had Norv Turner as their offensive coordinator. And all of us and I think we we've finally realize what we could be. So that was that was agree game on a positive note and then now obviously 1989. You know once -- team but that one win. Was at rfk and the -- could actually finished at a six figure one game out of the playoffs that we always have a it took some -- affected that we -- the -- that they kept them out of the playoffs and you know. That you're the offseason I had I had so many people come up and they had it was tough you're you're only won one game but if you're gonna win one you pick the right one to win."

" Well they've always been able to play good offensive football. You know -- Drew Brees -- gotten credit they've they've done a great job of moving the ball and implement some big numbers but the big thing has been. I usually was -- shootout mode you know they they got in this pretty high scoring games because defensively the credentialed people down her well. I think the addition of Gregg Williams as a defense coordinator to the Saints it was one of the best offseason moves is really not got a lot of discussion -- the NFL. And it's really the saints' defense in my opinion. That is kind of separated them and it will we talked to other teams that have played the Saints. We had Atlanta recently and they just come -- game with the world -- and they talked about. How well they've been running the football you know they they all know about Drew Brees and every at Marcus and all the guys on the outside and how well they control the football but they were actually impressed with the offensive line and how that were running -- so I think that the states have become a more complete team. And I'd I definitely think there. I think they're legit I think they're for real. The the best thing for me is when you're in that situation you're never out of the gate and they show that against Miami down -- 143. For a lot of teams that's an uphill battle in the second half for the Saints. -- it might only be replaced. And they're right back in it so that's that's great confidence."

" I've been blown away by what brooks -- and able to do I did not think he was gonna play that style. I really thought that -- that he -- lead on Adrian Peterson a little bit more. We had them earlier in the year and I -- what happened last year with the Jets and and people talked about the fact that the gently down -- too long by the end of -- season his arm was tired. We took a look at a -- it was throw and 33 passes per game up until that stretched late last year with the Jets were these kinda got a little bit haywire but that it only crept up until 35. He was its thirty with the Minnesota Vikings this year. You know through the Pittsburgh game and you know when teams are gonna play Minnesota they're always gonna be worried about Adrian Peterson. And they're gonna commit to stopping him and we need -- that you leave your secondary vulnerable for the past two games so. By nature of what defenses are doing Brett gonna have more opportunities -- big question is is he gonna be able to make it through the whole season this year because I think some people forget. That at one point last year the New York Jets at -- at three fresh off a victory over the Tennessee Titans for -- first -- down in Nashville. And they were the team that everybody was talking about in the AFC and and and Brett got hurt and things went kind of sideways on the down stretched."

" I'm -- whichever of the AFC for a minute how about the Cincinnati dangle Barrett's -- a nowhere to one of the biggest surprise of the year. Are -- a legitimate Super Bowl contender."

" Well you know by record with a beaten. I absolutely. You know because -- a lot of people probably felt that the Baltimore Pittsburgh were Super Bowl contenders and in if -- from not mistakenly swept both those teams. The injury to Cedric Benson have to wait and see how that's -- that's gonna pan out and electric the Larry Johnson. But it's it's not running the football is not just simply putting a guy it and and let him go ahead in the ball. Cedric and Larry are similar and how they run the ball but there's going to be some subtle differences in the getting used to the guys up front -- don't think it's that easy affixed. And again this is -- team has benefited from Carson Palmer being back here. I mean that that's the reason you know a lot of people since -- came from from nowhere well you know Carson was last year. You know Carson -- one of the better quarterbacks in the NFL and he's -- operate that. That offense tremendously. I think my exhibited deacons supporters but a tremendous job with -- defense against similar to the world and it might be the difference. With the defense of performance more so then then just getting back to the -- with Carson Palmer quarterback it's helped opposite that it nine."

" At this point right now I would have to say it's. It's it's Brett Favre it's Drew Brees. And I would have to say that you probably need to put Brett -- there depending on how the Vikings finished so I think all three of those guys are are in the running at this stage of the season and I don't know if you can put one ahead of the other MVP just continues to do things that that absolutely amazed me -- walked away from that game Monday night or Sunday night when it was 3114. The New England Patriots are they're not gonna do that there are not going to give up a lead in the second half a seventeen points and remember coming back in the term it's always an office of Bill Belichick standing at podium. And I was like you gotta be kidding me don't tell me that Indianapolis came back and won that game and I just missed an unbelievable comeback and you know I I think that. When you when you played against Peyton Manning no lead is safe any kind of goes back to. What we talked about which group reason in the World Series that that's what makes those teams dangerous you know that there -- certain teams in the NFL that we Europe seventeen -- You have to finish the game but what you're gonna feel pretty confident it's gonna come out on top New Orleans and Indianapolis are teams it's scarier until that final whistle blows."
